Action Bronson Shows Us How to Make "The Perfect F*cking Sandwich"

On the latest edition of Munchies, chef/rapper Action Bronson stopped by Vice's kitchen to provide his own take on a simple butcher's sandwich. Starting off by salting and searing a piece of rib-eye, he adds Calabrian chiles, a smear of madre de sagrantino (grape must from a wine barrel left since 1989) and tops it off with some ricotta salata, fresh basil and Tenuta Di Capezzana 2015 olive oil, all between a fresh loaf of semolina bread.
